Effective 03/18/2023, due to recent changes in PayPal's User Agreement, our refund policy has been updated to reflect the additional fees associated with PayPal refunds. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how this may affect your transactions and refunds.

Refund Fees

When a refund is processed using PayPal, a fee will be added to the customer's account, calculated as 3.49% of the total transaction amount, plus an additional $0.49. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount before it's returned to the customer.

For example, if a customer requests a refund on a $100 transaction, the refund fee will be calculated as follows:

Refund Fee = (3.49% * $100) + $0.49 = $3.49 + $0.49 = $3.98

The customer will receive a refund of $100 - $3.98 = $96.02.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow our standard refund process as outlined in our Return Policy. Be aware that the PayPal refund fees described above will apply to all refunds processed through PayPal, regardless of the reason for the refund request.
